Changed your mind? Your satisfaction is our top priority. You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange any piece. 

Kaya covers all return shipping costs and will provide a return label.

Items must be unworn, and in original packaging, tags attached.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
